Shipping & Returns/Exchanges

Exhange Only Policy

We do not offer any type of refunds, however, we do offer online store credit. To be eligible for a return/exhange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. 

  • All MOUTHGUARD sales are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.

  • You must have a receipt, order confirmation number, proof of purchase from to return. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

  • Unfortunately, items purchased on sale, clearance or with a discount code cannot be exchanged or returned. Only regular price items can be returned or exchanged.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Exchanges are subject to availability and our normal delivery schedule. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.


We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect item.  Otherwise, you're responsible to pay shipping item(s) back to us.
