Hello Coaches and Team Moms ... Picture Day has officially arrived! We know this schedule overlaps with your regular practice session. Because of this, our primary goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient process that gets you in and out quickly, while still delivering crisp, high-quality photos of you and your athletes.

 

In order for everything to go smoothly, we're asking for the following:

​

1. Your team must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in at check-in desk outside of photo area.

​

2. We ask that team moms organize athletes from shortest to tallest and ensure all players are neatly presented before entering the camera station area.

​

3. There will be two stations for individual photos and a third station for the team photo. 

​

4. From shortest to tallest, half of your players will go to station 1 to take their pictures and the other half will go to station 2 (example, first player in line goes to station 1, second player in line goes to station 2 and so on).  

 

5. After each player take their individual photo, they will line up at station 3 to get ready for the team photo.

​

6.  Once the last coach is lined up for the team photo, the team photo will be taken. 

 

7.  Once team photo is taken, y'all will exit and resume practice!

9. We ask for no parents to be in or around the picture areas!
