Returns/Refund Policy

One Journey Sports DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS simply because all uniforms apparel and gear is fully customized and produced solely for the customer, team or organization.

If the customer has any issues with items regarding design, misspelled names or missing items, it must be reported within 7 days of being received so we can take care of it. We will also need photos and/or video of that item(s). Please take not that replacement items normally take 15 business days to be received after the issue has been investigated and redo order has been placed.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is asked to be cancelled after invoice has been paid and production has started, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!

Turnaround time
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed and invoice is paid to receive product.

Policy for Add-ons

Fill-ins and add-ons are common in team sports.  So we try to be as accommodating as possible when your in need for 1 or 2 more uniforms arises. 

Please note that for add-ons is an additional fee.

60% additional charge for anything under 10 pieces

Add-on time can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Designs and colors policy

Things such as placement, sizes of logos, colors and numbers, graphics, outlines and other design specifications must be noted in artwork request and confirmed in the design template in order for us to reproduce it correctly.  The colors on your uniforms and apparel is selected by using the Pantone color code selected in your designs or the closest Pantone color code based on the designs. Colors could possibly print a little differently on the fabric after printing depending on the GSM, weight and type.  

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The easiest and most popular way to pay for your order is thru the invoice that we send you.

We are also able to accept checks and Electronic Funds Transfers for payments to begin an order – we ask for payment to be made in full before beginning the order.

We offer shipping, pickup and local delivery (please contact us about local delivery and pickup)

  • Shipping Cost will vary for bulkier orders, orders that contain bags & warm ups and/or orders that ship in multiple boxes. This chart DOES NOT APPLY to equipment orders

  • Early AM and Saturday Deliveries may be available and are subject to a surcharge. Please ask your representative for details.

  • Expedited Shipments are charged based on order size PER SHIPMENT.

  • Please note we have been informed by UPS that they have suspended their delivery guarantee for all packages, using any service, to any location due to the pandemic. You can learn more HERE. Team Sports Planet will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs for packages that run longer than expected.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The Best way to launder uniforms is very simple:

1. Turn uniform inside out

2. Wash in cold water

3. Hang Dry

DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER
DO NOT PUT ITEMS IN THE DRYER

Care Tips:

  • Launder uniforms before 1st use

  • Launder uniforms immediately after every use

  • Do not soak or wash uniforms in sink

  • Do not soak nylon or lycra garments

  • Do not overload the machine

  • Remove from washing machine immediately

  • Do not iron heat-sealed numbders

  • Do not iron elite uniforms, which use sublimation

  • Do not dry clean uniforms

  • Be sure uniforms are dry before storing
